The opening of Rogers High School in fall of 2003 was a remarkable time for the Rogers community. A high school done right can be much more than simply a building: it can be a symbol of the community and show community pride not only for today, but in years to come. When Rogers set out to build a school, the goal was the latter, build a symbol that the community can take great pride in. A look at the new high school shows that goal was accomplished with help and support from all segments of the community. We have started a fund raising campaign for an entrance to the sports complex. It will house the ticket booth, concessions, restrooms, and storage. This will be a top-notch facility and meet the school’s needs for many activities. It will be the first thing people see when going to an activity at the complex. Response to the fund raising effort has been great so far. Over the next several months you will hear more about this project and likely be asked to help us reach our goal. It’s no small undertaking and it will require support from all aspects of the community. If you have any questions on this project please send an e-mail to Questions@circusrabbits.com
